Here is a summery of the last year to get our blog up to date. It all started with a Cannon family get together in Utah. Lindy broke her leg on the first day while riding one of Rich's contraptions

The boys got to do a lot of thing that my siblings and I got to do with our cousins growing up, like the rope swing and tubing down the ditch.




Brooke and my dad were nice enough to come help with the boys while Lindy recovered from her broken leg.

The boys enjoy making pop sickles. We weren't to happy when we found their newest recipe in the freezer.
Lindy's parents came back from their mission in Mexico. We had a fun time this summer catching up with them.

Carson really enjoys going camping and we have been able to go several times this summer.

I made a commitment to several relatives to start keeping a blog again. So here it goes. We went to California and got together with both sides of the family earlier this month. We all had a great time. Our standard of taking pictures of our kids has lowered over the years. We used to try for pictures of the whole family facing the camera with smiling faces. Then we settled for looking at the camera. Now we are happy if we can just get them, or parts of them, in the picture to prove they were there. I should get tips from wild life photographers, I bet they could help. Rich and Maria have a good picture of Carson on their blog, but they had to bury him in the sand first. Maybe I should utilize that technique more often.

We had some bald eagles nesting near our cabin and could see birds swooping down and plucking fish out of the lake. This picture was taken on a rocky boat, without a tripod at 40 x mag (how's that for steady hands.)

With the boys always changing so much, I thought I probably should get better at updating this. Hunter is crawling now, so he can join Carson in getting into everything. We have had a fun summer exploring some of the trails near our home and picking wild berries.

We moved to Centralia, Washington. It is a lot greener than Nevada. So far it has been all blue skies and sunshine, although that probably won't last long. So far we really enjoy it here.
